As defined by former music executive & branding guru Steve Stoute. The Tanning Effect raised a generation of Black, Hispanic, White & Asian consumers who now have the same 'mental complexion' due to the popularisation of Hip-Hop. We hosted a curated group of movers & shakers from across London to discuss the impacts of this supposed cultural shift.
