Overcoming Barriers

Clubhouse
We’re exploring the power of removing barriers & the strength you gain in overcoming things that once held you back. Internal barriers are about facing yourself & deciding to change the narrative, but there are also external barriers to overcome that are not always in your control - i.e. racial, sexual & disability discrimination & homophobia to name a few.

The Tanning Effect

Something™ Studio
As defined by former music executive & branding guru Steve Stoute. The Tanning Effect raised a generation of Black, Hispanic, White & Asian consumers who now have the same 'mental complexion' due to the popularisation of Hip-Hop. We hosted a curated group of movers & shakers from across London to discuss the impacts of this supposed cultural shift.
